Stilton Classic Car Run 2026
Get ready for an unforgettable experience celebrating classic motoring and local heritage at the Stilton Classic Car Run 2026!
This unique event commemorates the historic route originally used to deliver Stilton cheese. The journey began at Quenby Hall in Hungarton, Leicestershire, where the cheese was produced, and ended at the Bell Inn in Stilton, Cambridgeshire, where the cheese gained its famous name. The original 39-mile route was completed by horse-drawn carriage, with deliveries made to villages 
and towns along the way. It was one of the longest commercial carriage routes of its time, 
until motorised vans and lorries replaced horse-drawn transport.
Today, the Stilton Classic Car Run continues this legacy, bringing together car enthusiasts from across the region. Participants will showcase a spectacular range of vintage and classic cars while enjoying a scenic drive through beautiful countryside and historic villages.

What to Expect
Classic Cars Galore: See an impressive collection of classic cars, from beautifully restored 
vintage roadsters to iconic British classics.
Scenic Route: Enjoy a picturesque drive through stunning countryside, with plenty of 
opportunities to pause, take photos, and soak in the views.
New Lodge Farm: A perfect stop along the way to relax, grab a coffee and a bite to eat,
and mingle with fellow enthusiasts.
Bell Inn Stilton: The finish line at the Bell Inn in Stilton for afternoon tea, dinner 
or even the opportunity to stay over after a hectic day 
Community Spirit: Experience the warm welcome of local communities, with chances 
to explore village attractions, shops, and cafes.

Start Location: Uppingham Town Centre
Pit Stop: New Lodge Farm Bulwick
Finish Location: Bell Inn, Stilton – near Peterborough
Car Entry Fee: £15.00
