We’re excited to invite your organization to host a treat station at our 5th Annual Troops & Treats event, taking place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Last year, we welcomed more than 7,000 visitors, and we’re expecting another large crowd this year.

🚜 This year’s event will also have a fun farm-themed twist in celebration of America 250, Ohio Food & Farms, adding an extra layer of festive, family-friendly activities for guests to enjoy.

This is a great opportunity to get into the Halloween spirit while connecting with the community. By hosting a treat station, your organization can help make the day memorable for ghosts, goblins, and families of all ages by handing out candy and participating in the festive fun. 🧙‍♀️✨

• Bring 6,000 pieces of candy to distribute throughout the event. If this is a challenge, let us know — we’re happy to work with you!
• Costumes are welcome and encouraged! Dress up in Halloween gear or attire that represents your organization. Farm Themed!
• Decorate your table and bring signage, but please do not use the museum’s name or logo or anything that implies federal endorsement.

• Candy and small promotional goodies (e.g., toys, stickers, squishies) - NO GUM
• Informational signage with QR codes or links to your website

• A 3’x6’ banquet table and chairs at your themed candy station next to an aircraft
• A map and setup instructions after registration closes
• A family-friendly Halloween atmosphere you won’t want to miss!
