This conference exists to glorify God by helping pastors and church leaders anchor their lives, ministries, and churches into Christ, His Word, and the Gospel.

Our hope is that this conference will help unite churches and church leaders together and build lasting relationships that can encourage each other in the challenges of ministry that we face in our churches.

Our desire this year at the conference is to help pastors learn the Biblical models of faithful ministry. Pastors have to wear many hats and many times it becomes hard to prioritize and focus on what the Lord has called us to do. We hope this conference will help pastors to be faithful to the task they have been given.
