Join us on May 30
BaconFest is one of Continuum Arts Collective's showcase events, and this year, it's on Saturday, May 30, from 2-8 p.m. This event features a Bac-Off/cooking competition, a 50-pound BLT bar, infused spirits, local beer, and the best selection of bands this side of the Salmon Falls River.
All proceeds from this event benefit Continuum Arts Collective, a nonprofit that provides Maine and New Hampshire student artists and musicians with the materials, instruction, and experiences they need to flourish as creators. For more information, go to https://continuumarts.org.

THE MOST FUN YOU CAN HAVE WITH YOUR APRON ON.
Bac-Off
Our annual BaconFest Bac-Off pits attendees against each other in a knockdown, drag-out cooking competition. First place gets a Top Hawg trophy and bragging rights for a year. Ladies and gents, start your bacon!
All participants will receive $25 off their admission!
Prizes
First Place: A pair of VIP Tickets to Revel in the Meadow 2026 and a CAC Hoodie
Second Place: Four general admission tickets to Revel in the Meadow 2026
Third Place: Two tickets to a show at the Lu
2026 Bac-Off Rules
Entries must be homemade, not purchased from a store or restaurant.
Entries must be submitted by the individual who created the dish, not by someone who isn’t present.
Entries must contain bacon and/or pork.
Entries do NOT have to be original; any recipe is acceptable.
Entrants will receive a mason jar and sticker to mark their dish.
Ticket holders will receive one rubber pig upon entering BaconFest. They will place the pig in the jar of the dish they think is best.
Voting period: 2:30-5:30 PM
The contest coordinator regularly checks the number of pigs in each jar.
Votes tallied at 5:45
The winner will be announced at 6:00 PM, followed by the winner's presentation.
