ABOUT THE EVENT
This four-day conference is focused on the Construction Industry towards General Contractors, Nick, Brad, and Morgan are three individualized brand founders, ranging from high-end, luxury builders to interior residential remodelers, designers, and media companies. The founders have experience spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast and the Midwest. This geographic diversity can bring regional insights and experiences, which can be particularly valuable in the construction industry, where local conditions and practices often differ.

The founders emphasize that they've not only experienced the highs of running a profitable company but also the challenges of being non-profitable. This suggests that they are open about sharing their successes and failures, providing valuable lessons for attendees.

Attendees can expect to learn about the strategies and steps required to scale a construction business successfully and explore ways to generate multiple streams of revenue. This is particularly important in an industry that often requires significant upfront investment. They've invested substantial amounts in their own companies indicating a commitment to their businesses and a willingness to share their insights and best practices.

The founders advocate for a sense of community and collaboration within the construction industry, rather than seeing others as competitors. This ethos can foster a positive and supportive environment for all attendees.

Overall, this conference offers a unique opportunity for those in the construction industry to learn from individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. Attendees can expect to gain practical knowledge, insights, and a sense of camaraderie within the construction community.

Who's ready to take their construction brand to the next level?!

This Summit includes all food and drinks. And we'll make sure you are wined and dined. Hotel and flights are not included. Space is limited as we want this to remain intimate for personal interaction.

The Ron Jensen Open Mic: Story of the Scar
The Ron Jensen Open Mic: Story of the Scar is a new tradition at the Contractor Coalition Summit, created in honor of our friend and past attendee, Ron Jensen of Jensen + Son's in Utah. Ron carried the same weight so many of our industry quietly shoulder - long hours, high pressure, relentless expectations - and he faced mental health struggles that too often go unseen. By naming this space after him, we're inviting our community to share real stories, connect beyond the jobsite, and remind one another that none of us are alone. This open mic is a moment to honor Ron, support one another, and hold space for the conversations that truly matter.

Our sponsors work hard to treat us - we're grateful for Little Creek + Co for handling this one!

ABOUT LITTLECREEK+CO:
LittleCreek+Co works at two scales of the built environment: the macro layer shaped by developers and the micro layer shaped by the owners who live within it. For developers, they evaluate infrastructure constraints, entitlement pathways, and phasing logic before design begins, resulting in a clear project brief that defines what the development can and should become. For owners, LittleCreek+Co prepares them to make informed decisions before preconstruction efforts - transforming passive owners into equipped stakeholders ready to engage with their design-build team.
