A minimum of 48 hours notice, before the start time of the event, is required to receive a refund.
The waitlist status is unrelated to this policy.Competition puzzles will only be provided for heats you are present for and compete in.
Any unused puzzles will not be distributed to others on your behalf.
If you do not show up, or cancel within 48 hours of the event, your tickets will not be transferred to a future event.
