About the Experience
Join me for an afternoon of breath, movement, and sound — an invitation to reconnect with your natural voice and settle into deep rest.
This experience begins with a small-group vocal activation workshop, where we explore the body as an instrument for sound. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, humming, and vocal toning, you’ll learn how to release tension, expand resonance, and support your nervous system through sound.
The voice is deeply connected to the body. When we slow the breath, soften the jaw, and allow sound to emerge without pressure, the nervous system can begin to shift toward a more regulated and grounded state. Practices like humming and extended vocal tones may gently stimulate the vagus nerve, helping the body move out of stress and into rest.
This is not about singing “well.”
It’s about feeling, sensing, and allowing your voice to come from a place of ease and support.
After a short integration break, we’ll transition into Rest & Resonance, a one-hour immersive sound bath designed to calm the mind, soften the body, and allow the vibration of sound to fully settle.
For those attending the full experience, the sound bath offers space to integrate and absorb the resonance of your own voice. For others, it is simply an opportunity to lie down, receive, and rest.
No prior experience is needed for either portion.
