Patrick is a Vice President in Harding Shymanski’s Tax Department and leads the firm’s Agricultural Accounting team. He works closely with farmers and agribusinesses on tax planning, entity structure, succession considerations, and long-term operational planning. Patrick specializes in federal, state, and multi-state taxation and understands the unique challenges facing today’s farm operations.

Jason is a Vice President and leads the firm's FOCUS Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Partnership. He works with businesses across a variety of industries to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency. Jason helps clients streamline accounting and payroll functions so they can focus more time on running their operations and planning for growth. He is a member of the firm's Agricultural Accounting team.

Kim is a Vice President in Harding Shymanski’s Advisory Services Department. She has extensive experience in business valuations, estate and gift tax planning, and succession-related matters. Kim works with closely held and family-owned businesses to help owners prepare for transitions and protect the long-term value of their operations. She is a member of the firm's Agricultural Accounting team.
