Finding Meaning in Transitions: Being Self-led Through Change
Transitions across the lifespan can be overwhelming, discouraging and frustrating but also delightful, enriching and transformational. IFS gives us the framework to be with change in a different way. When we befriend the parts of us that get activated by transitions we will have more access to our inner wisdom to respond in a Self-led way.

Robin and I have been on a mission these past few years to explore how our parts respond to change and have taken a deep dive into the works of Francis Weller, Daryl Chow, Connie Zweig and David Kessler, among many others. This journey is an ongoing one and full of rich learning and discovery. We invite you to join us for a day of exploring and connecting through meditation, reflective exercises, small group sharing and a demo. To promote safety and intimacy, the group will be limited to a maximum of 18 participants.

We believe these life transitions are sacred. Holding them in community allows us to connect with common humanity and support each other within a field of Self-energy. Our hope is that this workshop might be the catalyst to help you move through stuck places. We look forward to welcoming you in creating this space and learning together.

This workshop is intended for those who are using IFS in their therapy or coaching work. Level 1 IFS training or equivalent is recommended.
