Early-bird registration tickets are limited to the first 100 people who register, and are available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis until August 15, 2026 or until tickets are sold out. Standard registration tickets will be available for purchase until September 15, 2026 at 5:00pm ET. 

New this year! To encourage young professionals (under the age of 32 or less than 5 years in the sector) of Member organizations to engage in the conversation, we are offering a Young Professionals registration fee.  Tickets will be honored after being verified. (Refunds will be issued for errors, less a $50 administrative fee.)

Please note that we are only able to accept payment via credit card for this event.

The Fine Print
The registration fee is non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent the registered participant from attending. In such cases, you have the option to substitute someone from your organization to attend in your stead.

Substitutions after September 15, 2026  will not be permitted.

Guests should enter the building via 14th Street between F & G Streets. The event is located on the fourth floor. There will be an InterAction-branded sign in the lobby indicating you are in the correct location. 
Hotel Information
Coming from out of town? We have partnered with the Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House to provide a $199 per night (plus tax) discounted rate for Forum attendees for the nights of September 30, October 1 and October 2. Reserve your room while space lasts. If you need additional nights, please contact the hotel directly at 202.483.2000.

*The discounted rate is available until September 1 or until the room block is sold out, which ever comes first. Reservations can still be made after this date, but will be at the hotel’s prevailing room rate.

We want you to be comfortable! We encourage you to arrive dressed in business casual attire. As the meeting rooms may be cold, we recommend wearing layers.

Check in begins at 8:00 a.m. on both days.  

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by InterAction staff on the fourth floor. Please provide your name at the registration desk to receive your name badge and credentials for the event.

Why should I attend?
Whether you are new to the sector or a long-time veteran, InterAction Forum is the place to be to meet or reconnect with peers, problem solve and learn the latest trends in programming. 
Which ticket should I purchase?
InterAction Members tickets and Young Professional tickets are available to all current InterAction Member organizations. If your organization is not a current InterAction Member, please select the Non-Members ticket.
What is included in the price of my ticket?
Tickets include attendance at all Main Stage discussions and Expert Clinics, two breakfasts, two lunches, one reception, all coffee breaks, and snacks.  
Are there any opportunities to participate in Forum virtually?
As Forum will take place entirely in person, we are unable to offer opportunities for virtual participation. 
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. Additional information will be provided during the check-in process. 
Are there any spaces where I can take a call at the venue?
The venue has a limited number of call rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will sessions be recorded? 
Due to the interactive elements of the event, we are unable to record any sessions.
