Friday June 26th 
7:30-8:30 PM Salsa Body Movement and Footwork
Learn to connect with and understand salsa music while moving your body with confidence. Focus on isolations of the ribcage, shoulders, and hips to integrate rumba motions and mambo styling into your steps.

8:30-9:30 PM The Art of Connection: Salsa Communication, Etiquette, and Flow
Whether you lead or follow, this specialized workshop goes beyond the steps to focus on the core fundamentals of connection, comfort, and community in salsa.
In this class, we will go into the mechanics of physical connection and the nuances of social dance etiquette and improving connection with a partner on the dance floor. Learn how to read your partner’s movement, establish clear and comfortable boundaries, and navigate a crowded dance floor with confidence and grace


Saturday June 27th
11 AM-1 PM Partnerwork Intensive
Take your social dancing to the next level in this extended deep dive. We spend the first hour mastering lead/follow connection, hand signals, frame, and steps, then gradually transition into more complex patterns the second hour.

Prior knowledge of salsa on2 fundamentals required for Partnerwork Intensive.

About Frida Moses
Frida Moses is a Salt Lake City born, Los Angeles–based creative talent and director known for her strong on-camera presence, artistic vision, and distinctive Latin dance style. With a foundation in salsa, bachata, Brazilian samba, ote’a, and belly dance, she brings a unique sense of movement, expression, and creativity in her dancing.

Drawing from her multicultural background, particularly her Mexican heritage, she has a desire to share the joy and power of artistic expression through dance for both professionals and students. A lifetime of creative exploration has instilled in her a deep understanding of how dance and music connects people across diverse cultures, and seeks to continue growing the social dance community through her classes and her performance team, EnamorArte.

She currently works with various schools, companies, education programs, non-profits, and festivals as a director, choreographer, instructor, program coordinator, and performer in the states of Utah and California. She has also taught for dance communities all across the country and globe, including but not limited to: Spain, France, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Mexico, Italy, Fiji, New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, and Salt Lake City.
