An Evening of Mindfulness at Clandon Wood.Mindfulness Teacher, Nick Hammond, invites you to a relaxing evening of meditation, mindfulness and discussion at Clandon Wood, 6.45 pm start on Monday, 24th November (doors open at 6.30pm).
In 2018, Nick lost his son Rory and he is buried at Clandon Wood. Following this, Nick embraced the world of mindfulness which has been a great support for him.
As a registered mindfulness teacher and speaker, Nick’s passion is using awareness of mindfulness techniques to assist people in dealing with challenges (big or small) they are facing in their lives.

www.mindfulnessmatters.todayWhat is the event? A 60 to 75 minute session including discussion of what mindfulness is, the benefits, some guided mindfulness exercises, and tips on how to integrate mindful behaviours into your everyday life.
NB - The content of this session will be different to that covered in events previously held at Clandon Wood.Who is it for? This session will suit anyone. If you are new to mindfulness, would like a refresher or are just after a relaxing evening in the lovely Clandon Wood pavilion. This session is for you!
When is it?6.45 -8.00 pm on 24th November. Doors open at 6.30pm
How much will it cost?£20 per person. Please note that places are limited due to the nature of the event.
