Jenn serves clients operating in the federal contracting market on matters related to cost accounting, regulatory compliance, and U.S. Government (USG) contract due diligence. She is a Director in RSM US LLP’s National Government Contracting Advisory practice. Backed by 14 years of hands-on experience with Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Bell Textron, Jenn helps contractors and grant recipients navigate the full federal contract life cycle, from proposal through close-out, while minimizing compliance risk, maximizing cost recovery, and aligning regulatory requirements with broader business strategy.
Jenn translates the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and 2 CFR 200 into practical business processes and strategic decision frameworks. In addition to technical compliance, she advises executive leadership teams on how government contracting requirements influence growth strategy, organizational design, segment structure, ERP configuration, and long-term scalability.
Jenn works closely with CFOs and executive leadership teams to design cost structures that support compliance while improving operational efficiency and financial visibility. She frequently advises clients on structuring and segmenting defense operations to protect commercial business units from unnecessary regulatory exposure while maintaining audit defensibility within government programs.
Today, Jenn combines regulatory expertise with strategic insight to help organizations build scalable, defensible government contracting infrastructures that support growth while maintaining alignment with U.S. Government requirements.
