Resilient and Real Summit
Leadership That Listens. Systems That Support.
Hosted by the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, the Resilient and Real Summit is dedicated to advancing conversations around educator resilience, mental wellness, and the importance of creating supportive school environments for both students and staff.

As educators and school leaders continue to navigate growing mental health challenges within school communities, this summit provides a space for open dialogue, shared learning, and meaningful connection. The event will focus on the realities educators face, while exploring strategies that strengthen resilience, promote wellness, and support a culture of care within schools.

Through leadership perspectives, an inspiring keynote presentation, and an engaging panel discussion, participants will gain insight into practical approaches that help educators feel supported while equipping schools to respond to the social and emotional needs of students. The summit will also highlight available behavioral health resources and offer opportunities for reflection and wellness.

By bringing together educators, school officials, and behavioral health partners, the Resilient and Real Summit reinforces a shared commitment to supporting those who serve on the front lines of student wellbeing every day.

This free event is open to the public, including educators, school professionals, community members, and partners throughout San Bernardino County. Breakfast will be provided.
