What to Expect
This 90-minute session will begin with intention setting, Sankalpa, and Yoga Nidra, followed by an immersive sound journey experience.
Sound vibrations offer deep healing by releasing stuck emotional energy as well as bringing balance to the chakras.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body rests deeply while awareness remains gently present. Lying down comfortably, you’re guided through breath awareness, body sensing, and subtle imagery to help quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system. This state of conscious rest allows for profound relaxation, emotional integration, and access to deeper layers of insight—without effort or striving.
