This year, The Dot’s signature anniversary event is a return to the fundamentals.
Developed to Last is a celebration of careers built with intention, not urgency. This year’s anniversary event centers on visibility, connection, and the foundational elements women need to grow, evolve, and stay in the workforce for the long term.
More than 400,000 women left the workforce last year. Many didn’t leave because they lacked leadership, ambition, or talent, but because burnout, invisibility, and isolation made longevity feel impossible.
This evening brings together past and present Dot leaders for an intimate panel and community-forward experience focused on:
Claiming visibility without overextension
- Strengthening personal brand and presence
- Addressing invisible labor and burnout
- Building careers that evolve
You'll hear from:
Alyssa Carlson, The Dot Board
