Attorneys from Boyce Law Firm will walk through the core legal basics founders should understand, followed by dedicated time for participants to ask questions about their own businesses.

This workshop is for entrepreneurs who are starting or already running a business and want a clearer, more approachable understanding of legal requirements, best practices, and which questions matter most.

Attorneys Paul Tschetter, Patrick Knecht, and Joshua Brown from Boyce Law Firm bring decades of combined experience in business, tax, commercial law, construction, litigation, real estate, and succession planning. With backgrounds spanning private practice and national firms, they regularly help business owners navigate complex legal decisions related to growth, structure, operations, and long-term planning, all while remaining deeply connected to the Sioux Falls community.
