Experience an unforgettable Spring Farm Dinner on Saturday, May 16th, set in the heart of our working ranch at our beautiful red event barn. This multi-course dining experience is a celebration of regenerative agriculture, seasonal bounty, and the connection between land and table.
The evening begins with a selection of passed appetizers, featuring Stemple Creek Ranch pork belly skewers and other small bites, complemented with exceptional pairings from Barton Family Wines, all while enjoying live music in the background.
As the night unfolds, you’ll take your seat for a thoughtfully curated menu by the chefs of Seared Steakhouse. The dinner menu highlights our 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, and the best seasonal ingredients from local farms.
To finish, enjoy a chef-crafted dessert course, a sweet ending to a truly special evening spent in great company.
