Registration & Event Details:1. Click the "Register" button on this page and fill out the registration form where we ask questions about your dietary restrictions and allergies, emergency contact details, etc.
If you're bringing someone else with you, we ask that you fill out their information too.
2. After you complete the payment process, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Your tasting ticket grants you 1 game card + 1 food tasting coupon. Upon arrival on your respective days, please visit our Welcome Tent to check in and pick these up.
Additional Notes:• This is a rain-or-shine event. Please dress accordingly and be prepared for the weather conditions.
• Spiciness Note: The different stations will feature food that ranges from Mild to Spicy levels of spice.
• If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us ahead of the event.
Refund Policy:If you have registered but cannot attend and would like to request a refund, please note the following:
• We will issue a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees up to 72 hours before the start of the event.
• We will only issue a 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours before the start of the event.
• No refunds will be issued if the request is made within 48 hours before the start of the event. You may request to transfer your ticket to another date – just email us at
[email protected] and we'll send you a special code to do so.
