Academic Session with College Faculty
Academic breakout sessions offer a closer look at GCU’s colleges through conversations led by faculty and college leadership. Attendees will hear directly from those shaping our programs and learn what makes GCU’s academic experience stand out. Each session includes a Q&A with faculty and current students, giving guests the chance to ask questions and gain insight into majors, career paths and classroom life.

Student Interest Breakout Sessions 
Student interest sessions give attendees a chance to explore key aspects of campus life beyond academics. Led by GCU staff and students, these sessions cover topics like faith, career development, campus involvement and financial aid. Each one is designed to help students picture themselves at GCU and learn how to make the most of their college experience.

Need travel assistance? Reach out to your university counselor about travel reimbursement opportunities.
Travel reimbursement is only available to prospective students who demonstrate their ability to meet admissibility
for the traditional campus, plus one legal guardian, from the student’s home city/state to Phoenix. Visit requires a
signed MOU by both the student and parent/guardian (if student is under 18), approval of travel dates by GCU
and receipts submitted per GCU requirements. Travel reimbursement thresholds vary based on location. Only
one form of travel will be reimbursed (air or ground). GCU does not reimburse hotel expenses, baggage costs,
early check-in, travel insurance fees, hotel points or airline points. Travel reimbursement usually occurs within 45
days
