ABOUT THIS COURSE
Dentistry is undergoing one of the most significant technological transformations in its history. Digital scanners, integrated workflows, and AI-driven diagnostics are reshaping how dental teams collaborate and how practices deliver care.
Yet successful digital adoption is rarely a technology problem. More often, it is a leadership challenge.
Dentists must guide their teams through change, delegate responsibility for new workflows, communicate expectations clearly, and foster a culture in which team members feel confident adopting new tools.
This immersive two-day program blends leadership science with practical strategies for successfully implementing digital workflows in the dental practice.
Drawing on the principles from Dr. Martin Mendelson’s book One Move Makes All the Difference and his TEAM framework (Thoughts, Emotions, Actions, Manifestation), participants will explore how leadership mindset influences adaptability, how delegation accelerates technology adoption, and how effective dialogue strengthens team engagement during periods of change.
Participants will also examine the concept of Jumping to Catastrophe (JTC) and how negative thought patterns can interfere with decision-making, communication, and the successful implementation of new technologies.
Through lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises, dentists will develop practical leadership strategies that support both team engagement and the sustainable integration of digital workflows.
